你对自己提交的故事与歌词享有权利，并授权我们在为你生成、保存、播放与分享该作品所必需的范围内使用。请勿提交侵犯他人著作权的歌词；我们会对歌词做版权与违规内容审核，未通过将被拒绝。
生成结果由 AI 产生，可能与你的预期存在差异，也可能与他人作品存在相似之处。所有生成内容均带有 AI 标识，请勿移除。
不得使用本服务生成违法违规内容、侵害他人权利的内容；不得上传他人肖像或声音、不得模仿真实歌手的声音；不得使用未成年人形象；不得通过自动化手段绕过额度或限频限制。
我们有权对违规内容采取拒绝生成、删除内容、限制或终止账号的措施。
服务按"现状"提供。因不可抗力、第三方服务中断或上游模型调整导致的服务不可用或结果不符合预期，我们在法律允许范围内不承担责任；我们的累计责任以你实际支付的费用为限。
我们可能更新本协议，重大变更会在应用内提示。本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。

NowBop provides AI song generation, AI singer likeness and voice creation, sharing and playback. Free accounts have a daily quota; members have a higher quota. The applicable quota and prices are those shown in the app.
You retain rights to the stories and lyrics you submit, and grant us a license to use them to the extent necessary to generate, store, play, and share that work for you. Do not submit lyrics that infringe third-party copyright. Lyrics are audited for copyright and prohibited content, and may be rejected.
Output is produced by AI: it may differ from what you expect and may resemble other works. All generated content carries an AI label, which you must not remove.
Do not use the service to generate illegal content or content infringing others’ rights; do not upload another person’s likeness or voice or imitate a real singer’s voice; do not use images of minors; do not use automation to circumvent quota or rate limits.
We may refuse generation, remove content, or restrict or terminate accounts for violations.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for unavailability or unexpected results caused by force majeure, third-party outages, or upstream model changes; our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid.
We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
